possibly because you have an ureasonable fear of being rejected by someone who is available and appropriate, so you go for guys that you can easily dismiss if it doesn't work out; because you can tell yourself it was not a good relationship from the start

we as people want what we can't have. we have a natural desire for what is near imposable to get. we like challenges and fixers so that would somewhat explain why you are attracted to those guys.Why am I only attracted to the bad guys and guys in relationships?
