Are the McCain/Hagee and Obama/Wright relationships the same or different?

Are we comparing apples with apples here?Are the McCain/Hagee and Obama/Wright relationships the same or different?
Hagee position:

Rev Wright position:


';...Based on my observations and beliefs about America this is my plea to you Oh God ...Please Damn this wicked Nation!”





That’s apples and oranges.





Read it for yourself...its a curse on America by Wright.Are the McCain/Hagee and Obama/Wright relationships the same or different?
In a way they are the same... they both were blinded to what was obvious to most Americans, they both showed qualities of not being able to see the forest through the trees... They both finally came to their senses.... It took Wright parading on national TV expressing his ability to dredge up race and thus, his inability to express Christ's love, it took Hagee making comments that seem pro-Hitler...





To say that they are not the same is to have a 5 minute youtube video define a 20 year engagement.
No the relationships between the men were not the same.





But it is a fact that all of the pastors, Wright, Hagee and Parsely have the potential to affect the the candidate's opinions, either directly or via party ideology.





Hagee's overtly pro-Isreal relationship [apocolyptic obsession], Parsely's stated objective of destroying Islam and not just defending America against extremist. tsk, tsk, tsk





Wright seems completely sane and is harmless compared to the implications posed by these two, endless war and Israel over America, hmm.





These things are a problem I think.

BTW - Wright was NOT asking God to damn America, he too was simply stating what his interpretation of the bible is -- that God will damn America or any other nation for sin. The other two preach the same thing.
My gran had a saying for this...';He who dines with the Devil needs a long, long spoon.'; Thus, McCain's spoon at the Hagee feast was considerably longer than Obama's basically having his chin in Wright's soup-dish. Obama sat in the pews, and frankly m'dear, I can't imagine McCain going to a snake-handler's unchurch like Hagee's. McCain's an Episcopalian and thus wouldn't view Hagee's gig as authentic anyway. p.s., last evening's news cycle revealed that McCain 'denounced' Hagee, and Hagee disfellowshipped McCain [or removed his endorsement, one]. It's all damn silly for words anyway...just posing for pictures at 11.
Hell no! I taught Obama everything he knows. I was his spiritual mentor for 20 years. Give a brotha some credit here!
Hagee was not McCains uncle, mentor pastor, god father for over 20yrs. Does that answer the question.
