I've been with my girlfriend for 3 years... in August I moved to Florida to go to school while she stayed in Ohio for college... Our relationship is stronger now...
As long as you are faithful and have no intention to cheat on the other, I think a relationship can last.
This video actually has some useful tips http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=J_i1tt26n3鈥?/a>How do you feel about long distance relationships?
well it depends how strong the relationship is..
if u love each other and work to keep ur relationship good while ur apart then u stand a chance. but if u guys are not that serious then long distance relationships might not work
i do believe in them thoHow do you feel about long distance relationships?
you're probably gonna get a lot of
';oh, they never work out';
or
';pointless'; answers.
but i've been in one... and it was the best relationship i have ever had, because it was real.
I know I was extremely hurt when someone I loved didn't want to keep a long distance relationship with me.
I think they're for the strong.
Love has no distance =]
since its long distance you wont feel anything

If the question were put straight to Jesus: what would he say about same sex relationships?
What would Jesus say about homosexuality? If the question were put straight to Jesus: what would he say about same sex relationships?
Jesus very clearly said of himself..............(John 5:19) . . .Therefore, in answer, Jesus went on to say to them: “Most truly I say to YOU, The Son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative, but only what he beholds the Father doing. For whatever things that One does, these things the Son also does in like manner.
(John 5:30) . . .I cannot do a single thing of my own initiative; just as I hear, I judge; and the judgment that I render is righteous, because I seek, not my own will, but the will of him that sent me.
(John 8:28) . . .Therefore Jesus said: “When once YOU have lifted up the Son of man, then YOU will know that I am [he], and that I do nothing of my own initiative; but just as the Father taught me I speak these things.
Jesus Christ clearly would have had the same opoinion as his Father, Jehovah God.
What then, did Jesus Christ say about the matter of marriage? He quoted the words of his Father, Jehovah God.
(Mark 10:5-9) . . .But Jesus said to them: “Out of regard for YOUR hardheartedness he wrote YOU this commandment. 6 However, from [the] beginning of creation ‘He made them male and female. 7 On this account a man will leave his father and mother, 8 and the two will be one flesh’; so that they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God yoked together let no man put apart.”
Jesus Christ clearly made no mention of same sex couples. He clearly stated that God created Man %26amp; Woman and that they should stick together. He was talking about divorce in these scriptures, true. But think about this. If, and I do mean IF, God were to approve of same sex couples, would it make sense for Him to have different standards for them? Of course not! For goodness sakes, that's what same sex relationships are constantly fighting for, equality!
So IF God approved of same sex relationships, then the standards for them would have been laid out at the same time as those for relationships between men and women. But they weren't! Why? Because Jesus Christ and Jehovah God do not approve of same sex relationships!
There are many other scriptural references that prove that God does not approve of same sex relationships, but since Jesus did not specifically address that issue and the question asked was about Jesus' opinion, the answer must be based on the principles of what Jesus believed and taught and did speak about. If the question were put straight to Jesus: what would he say about same sex relationships?
Genesis 2:24 gave us the basic plans of marriage. It says, Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
There's quite a bit on the subject. In The Old Testament, Leviticus 18:22 states, ';Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.'; Also, again in Leviticus 20:13, which states, ';If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.';
There are other passages in the Bible such as Romans 1:26-27, ';For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.';
Genesis 19 makes mention of homosexual lifestyles, and what God did as punishment toward the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah.
Sex was meant to be between husband and wife, to show affection and love for one another, and to procreate. Jesus Christ Himself referred to Genesis 2:24 as the blueprint for marriage when He said, ';Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.'; (Matthew 19:4-6)
He would say the same thing he told the woman caught in the act of adultery.
To bring you up to speed on the story, some religious leaders wanted to trap Jesus, so they brought a woman caught in adultery to Jesus to see what He would say. They wanted to know if He would condemn her to be stoned as the Law requires and thus lose His following, or if He would just let her go free and give them an excuse to arrest Him for breaking the Law.
When they brought her to Him, He began to write something on the ground (nobody knows what He wrote). Then He looked up and said ';Who ever is without sin should cast the first stone.'; He then bent down and continued to write things in the sand with His finger. Some people believe He was writing the hidden sins of each of the religious men, because it says that one by one, from the oldest to the youngest, they all left.
Then Jesus looked up and asked the woman, ';Who condemns you?';
The woman, looking around and seeing none of her accusers said ';No one, sir.';
To which Jesus replied (and THIS is what He would say to the homosexual as well), ';Neither do I condemn you. Now GO AND SIN NO MORE!';
Did you see that? Justice and mercy fulfilled in one giant step! Jesus is the ONLY one who had the right to cast any stones, being without sin, but He did NOT. Instead, He forgave her, and then told her to REPENT! - QUIT!
That's basically the same thing I, too, say to homosexuals - QUIT and receive God's forgiveness.
I think He would say that it displeases God and is a sin like any other sin. We all have sins that we need to overcome, to me homosexuality is no different than any other sin. In the Old Testament it says that it is an abomination and a sin against what God has created.
I'll tell you guys what I think:
We all deserve death(by that I mean we all deserve to go to hell) because we all do bad things.
But that doesn't mean everyone of us are going to hell!
Because Jesus died in order for us to live, yet we must try to obey His law, the decision lies with us to determine if we go to hell or heaven.
God doesn't decide, you do.
He'd quote scripture since he was a Rabbi that believed every word: ';If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.'; (Leviticus 20:13)
Although I do not believe Jesus would say they must be put to death, he would probably be against it. Then again, he might say ';chop you balls off, for its better to be ball less in heaven, then your full body in hell'; because he said something like that about hitting on a girl.
He would quote the Bible like he did when Satan tried to tempt him. He always points to the Bible as the only guide for mankind.
So he would say ';haven't you read';?
Rom. 1:24-27: “God, in keeping with the desires of their hearts, gave them up to uncleanness, that their bodies might be dishonored among them . . . God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and likewise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error.”
1 Tim. 1:9-11: “Law is promulgated, not for a righteous man, but for persons lawless and unruly, ungodly and sinners, . . . fornicators, men who lie with males, . . . and whatever other thing is in opposition to the healthful teaching according to the glorious good news of the happy God.” (Compare Leviticus 20:13.)
Jude 7: “Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them, after they . . . [had] gone out after flesh for unnatural use, are placed before us as a warning example by undergoing the judicial punishment of everlasting fire.” (The name Sodom has become the basis for the word “sodomy,” which usually designates a homosexual practice. Compare Genesis 19:4, 5, 24, 25.)
1 Cor. 6:9-11: “Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men . . . will inherit God’s kingdom. And yet that is what some of you were. But you have been washed clean, but you have been sanctified, but you have been declared righteous in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ and with the spirit of our God.”
He'd probably mumble something and then drool on himself.
(I have a theory that jesus was actually mentally retarded, and that the whole ';sinless'; thing was just a metaphor.)
Jesus would probably condemn the practice of Sodomy because it goes against his Father's Law. But he would be forgiving and understanding of those that erred and are seeking redemption for their sins.
';Repent and turn towards Yahweh,'; and then would say ';go and sin no more.';
Yahshua (Jesus) is the Word, and the Word very clearly says in Leviticus that same sex relationships are an ';abomination.';
Heh, 'straight' to Jesus.
Sorry, just had to point out the pun. Was that intentional, or accidental, just outta curiosity? ^^
Since He had a tendency to quote the Old Testament -
'; 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.'';
(Leviticus 18:22)
Homosexuality is immoral sin. He would ask them to change
God didn't create men %26amp; women to be with the same sex. He created them to be with the opposite sex. Therefore, Jesus would support God. If you don't believe me, try asking Him yourself.
He'd probably just shrug and invite them over for fish and wine.
Well, the only answers you're going to get here are personal opinions. No one knows what he will say.
Go your way and sin no more.
IF he ever even lived, he's dead now.
Dead people don't often say much...
he would do in rome as the romans do.

What is your opion on overseas online relationships?
I meet this girl by accident online and we hit it off. We communicate every day for 4 months now and it is getting very serious. I have never been in a relationship like this and would like some input or experiences from others on this. What is your opion on overseas online relationships?
I was with someone for almost 3 years that I met online and was across the pond from me. It was a good relationship, and we visited each other every 6 months to a year. However, the relationship went sour when we ran out of things to talk about. We weren't playing the same online game anymore, so we had no more mutual friends or game strategy to talk about, and we just weren't communicating effectively after that.
Had we not had money problems at around the same time that prevented us from visiting each other, it may have worked out differently.
So, from my experience:
1. Visit regularly, plan a schedule if you have to
2. If it's ';really'; serious, don't do things differently than you would if you were not overseas (My ex proposed online, but when I next visited and we got my ring, I was hurt that he didn't get on one knee, even though we'd been engaged for months)
3. Figure out each person's long distance calling rates. I used to call my bf and let it ring once to let him know I was on my lunch break from work, then he'd call me back because it was like 3x more expensive for me to call him than for him to call me.
4. Don't monopolize or be monopolized by your partner. I was depressed for a while because he was 8 hours ahead of me, so he'd go hang out with his friends at the pub for several hours until I got off work, then he'd be online with me till I went to bed. I was deeply jealous that he was with his friends for hours a day and I never had any time because I was rushing home to see him online. Be conscious of time zones and their effects on each of you.
Good luck! What is your opion on overseas online relationships?
all i can say its dont believe in online relationship cause it will never work.i know why im telling u this.i think online relationship are not for trust but if u just wanna spend ur time its ok.i say u should try with some one real,u'll feel more lucky
Most ppl will tell you to forget about it %26amp; not have a relationship online... but my advise to u is.. just do what you feel right %26amp; just be honest with one another.. i have a good buddy overseas online for 3years %26amp; still goin strong even thou we have not meet.. Just think positively...:-)
Good Luck..
from what I hear online relationships are always trouble. So maybe you should try to get out of it.
i met my love on line, i was not looking for love but also was not in a relationship i was on line for research and games and i inentered a chat room on Islam and i met him i was only in that room four times and for some reason the saying is true you know your soul mate when you met them and we have been talking now two years next month,we got to know each other then we saw pics and now we have cam and mic and we will InshaAllah be getting amrried soon also he is from Egypt and i'am from the USA so it is good i think cause we get to know each others heart and who we are with out any others so go for it,and good luck and hope for the best for you, give it more time and she could become your best friend and more just becareful alot of people have good intention and a little not so becarful but also don't stop your heart good luck.
How wonderful for you! I know a couple who got married last year that started off online dating from different sides of the US. The had been dating for a year went to meet each other at the Grand Canyon and are now happily married! Good Luck to you!!!
It could be interesting, real love goes beyond barriers.
There is always a risk involved /even in personal relationships/, make sure she is honest and if you lasted 4months with her is because your instinct tells you something relevant about this situation, maybe she is worth the time who knows.
You take a lot of risk when you invest yourself in any relationship. Having an online relationship is no different, and could even be a bit better if both parties are honest about themselves as it gives each of you time to get to know each other before you even approach the idea of meeting.
There is no insurance in matters of the heart. You just have to be willing to be hurt - not that you will be - and take that leap.
Well, I did have a relationship over the net with someone in England for a little while. I don't think it will work unless u both agree that one day you guys will be together. John and I hit it off really good but now we are just really good MSN buddies. I say go for it :-) it's 2006 the internet is another way of meeting really cool ppl :-)
most of the time it doesn't work because it's based on a lie.
well it happen to my bestfriend an he thought it was goin good but reall yit useless your better off finding someone when u get home or something causeu cant count on it
Sometimes we meet people that we end up spending our lives with in the oddest ways when we're least expecting it.
I don't always think it's the safest way to meet anyone, but it's really no less safe than meeting a stranger at a bar like many of us used to when we were younger. lol
I personally met my husband of 4 years now in a chat room here on yahoo.
We started chatting, we chatted almost everyday for many months before our first real life meeting. I made sure the meeting was in a public place and we did this for another few months and then when we felt like we knew each other better we met each other's families. He finally moved in with me and a year later we got married. We have 2 beautiful little girls now too
I'm so glad I made the decision to meet him because like I said I wasn't looking for anyone at that time. He was just a really nice guy that I enjoyed chatting with online. Once I got to know him offline it all changed and I realized I was in love with him.
So even if it wouldn't be more for you than to be good friends it's always worth giving it a shot as long as you feel safe and start off in a safe environtment for offline meetings until you are sure they are what and who they say they are.
Wishing you the best in whatever choice you make.

To all u male/female players (in relationships) and others?
Why do u choose to become players? or why do u think players become players. I mean in regard to relationships
To all u male/female players (in relationships) and others?
they might have gotten bored of the relationship and think they can get away with this (not get caught cheating by mate)To all u male/female players (in relationships) and others?
Honestly, you just cant help it. It is like a really bad habit. It actually really takes real good woman to break a man out of it. Im so serious. I have always had 4-7 girlfriends at one time. And I mean serious relationships (atleast to them). I was raised up that way. All of my brothers, uncles, friends like had this secret society of how many girls we would have at once. I had girls nick-named Sunday-Saturday. Then one day I got married to one. And It got worse for awhile. Only now after I had my first child have I slowed down to some extent. I mean I want to leave this life but Its hard. I dont approach these women, they approach me at my most vulnerable states. Drunk, or off guard at work. Whatever, these are not excuses- this is a way of life. Let me really break it down to you. If you buy a new car today, that day yourr excited and want to show the world right? Well how will you feel about this same car three year from then? Thats the way it is with ';playing women. Except three years is more like 3 weeks with me. Thats not just it, once you get to know some chicks, they stop doing certain things. Well, if you keep a variety of doors open you will always have backups. I really love my wife, but to her sex is love and emotion. Well to me its the same, but more of a sport with my girlfriends. I hope this helps.
Players play, so they dont have to invest emotions into things and can't get hurt. At least thats why the majority of woman who play do it.
other reasons, just cause you can. Sad but true
They are lonely and like the company and to string people along. They also like physical contact.
Hater
low self-esteem
... not that i am a player
but i have self-esteem low enough to be, lol
Only the lonely get played
as tey r possessive........

How do you feel about long distance relationships?
I've been with my girlfriend for 3 years... in August I moved to Florida to go to school while she stayed in Ohio for college... Our relationship is stronger now...
As long as you are faithful and have no intention to cheat on the other, I think a relationship can last.
This video actually has some useful tips http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=J_i1tt26n3鈥?/a>How do you feel about long distance relationships?
well it depends how strong the relationship is..
if u love each other and work to keep ur relationship good while ur apart then u stand a chance. but if u guys are not that serious then long distance relationships might not work
i do believe in them thoHow do you feel about long distance relationships?
you're probably gonna get a lot of
';oh, they never work out';
or
';pointless'; answers.
but i've been in one... and it was the best relationship i have ever had, because it was real.

There's quite a bit on the subject. In The Old Testament, Leviticus 18:22 states, ';Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.'; Also, again in Leviticus 20:13, which states, ';If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.';
There are other passages in the Bible such as Romans 1:26-27, ';For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.';
Then Jesus looked up and asked the woman, ';Who condemns you?';
The woman, looking around and seeing none of her accusers said ';No one, sir.';
To which Jesus replied (and THIS is what He would say to the homosexual as well), ';Neither do I condemn you. Now GO AND SIN NO MORE!';
Did you see that?
';Repent and turn towards Yahweh,'; and then would say ';go and sin no more.';
Yahshua (Jesus) is the Word, and the Word very clearly says in Leviticus that same sex relationships are an ';abomination.';
Heh, 'straight' to Jesus.
Sorry, just had to point out the pun. Was that intentional, or accidental, just outta curiosity? ^^
Since He had a tendency to quote the Old Testament -
'; 'Do not lie with a man as one lies with a woman; that is detestable.'';

Spiritually speaking, are female-led Domestic Discipline relationships wrong?
I know the wife is supposed to submit to the husband and all that. But what if the husband wants to submit to the wife and have her control the relationship and spank him when he's naughty? Wouldn't the act of taking lead of the relationship actually be an act of submission because it is what he wants?Spiritually speaking, are female-led Domestic Discipline relationships wrong?
yes. And women like you are the most sought after women on earth because women like the heifer that answered first are common and a dime a dozen and women like you are rare as hell.Spiritually speaking, are female-led Domestic Discipline relationships wrong?
While I'm not religious, or have any spiritual basis for my life, being an atheist, I still have a bit to say. Having a submissive, male or female, is also about honoring and respecting that submission. This transcends what most people experience in a typical relationship. You could say, then, that such a relationship is actually more spiritual than most, regardless of which partner is in the Dominant role. You truly get to know more about each other on a deeper level than you ever could with more standard roles.
That does seem to be the notion, that the dom is actually the sub because she is fulfilling the man's sexual desires, Now, if the dom gets enjoyment out of dominating their sub then it would be a win-win situation. In a bdsm lifestyle relationship the sub submits not just to spankings %26amp; such, but to chores as well, which I'd imagine they wouldn't be so crazy to do, so to sum up: in sexual play I'd say the dom is in fact the sub, but in a lifestyle (which you seem to be asking about) the dom has actual domination of the sub because they control nonsexual aspects of their life as well.
No. I do think the Bible was written by some of the best minds of people who were divinely inspired. I also feel in many ways it was a guide on how to structure a society and live a life that was and is successful. From my understanding of the Bible it says that the man and woman should love and honor each other.
Read it it says the should in their own ways submit to each other, and a traditional relationship does this, as does a Fem led relationship.
If that is what the husband wants, then you are in fact submitting to his wishes and it just makes it easier if you both wish the same thing.
Besides Meagan, any relationship with you in it is bound to be wonderful and there is no more perfect woman in the world to submit to. I would be your undying servant who you may spank whenever you choose.
Who says that the wife is supposed to submit to the husband in the first place?
(i.e. those parts of the Bible have long been shown to be latter day additions by men who were concerned about the equality elements that Christ brought to the religion, rather than things he was likely to have actually said).
You might be correct... the problem is it would never work correctly. There are male traits that make them able to be spiritual leaders, women have different chemical processes in their brains that just wouldn't fill the role (in the context of a christian household).
Estrogen based units think differently =P
well i guess if the husband tells the wife to be dominant she's still submitting to his wishes, isn't she...?
anyway, as long as everyone involved is a consenting adult and no one gets hurt (in a bad way) then people can do what they like
heck yeah! Now I need to take a cold shower.
What I meant to say is that I could be dominated by a strong woman.
I mean I'm a woman who could be domina...aw forget it.
EDIT: The sub does have the power, the entire play is about the sub. I domme too.
The women should be submissive but the men should not be abusive. It's a catch 22 anyway. Women and up taking control in the end
Yes if it is what he desires then you would be a good wife in performing that role.

The Sub in a Dom/Sub relationship is the one who holds the control.
I think those wife be submissive things were coming from a skewed sexist tradition not from God.
As long as she's truly able to administer a punishment style ,no nonsense pants down butt paddling.
And some see the sub as having the greater power. Clever question.

Can someone explain symbiosis in human interactions/relationships?
Use the subtypes of symbiosis in your answer:
Mutualism, Commensalism, Parasitism, Competition, NeutralismCan someone explain symbiosis in human interactions/relationships?
So here we go. Using human as one of the organism participating in the interaction the examples would be the ff:
Mutualism- an interaction wherein both organisms benefit
Ex. Man and plant. Man supplies carbon dioxide to the plant for photosynthesis. In return plant produces food for man and provide oxygen.
Commensalism-one benefits while the other is unharmed.
Ex. Man and a puppy in a very specific perspective. Man take cares of the pet while the pet does nothing to the man.
Parasitism-one benefits in the expense of the other
Ex. Man and ascaris. Ascaris depend on man for nourishment in the process the man gets sick.
Competition-two or more organisms competing for one food source
Ex. two men competing for a food.
Neutralism-2 organisms living in harmony and do not have direct relationship
Ex. Man and another man
Hope this helps...Can someone explain symbiosis in human interactions/relationships?
Mutualism = Is when both organisms benefit... like plants and most fungi.
Commensalism = not too sure...
Parasitism = is when a parasite feeds from the host ( human stomach, intestine ) which may harm the host.
Competition = is the competition of two organisms for the same source of food.
Neutralism = Is nothing happens no benefit or no advantage.
The way we live is a dynamic example of symbiosis....we have to depend on each other to survive. There are some elements in the society that we would be better without, but on the whole, we need each other to continue living the way we do.

Relationships and Marriage. Is Tom Leykis a real show or is it all staged?
Does he hire people to act like callers or are they real people calling in?Relationships and Marriage. Is Tom Leykis a real show or is it all staged?
it is real,
but I wouldn't put it past ANY radio show to have part of there act STAGED.....they call them ';bits';Relationships and Marriage. Is Tom Leykis a real show or is it all staged?
His show is in LA, and online, so its not like he's broadcasting from some town in the BFE.
You should check out the scarbourgh report, you'd be suprised because the demographics of the callers are totally different of the overall demo of the audience.
He does other topics, but why would he have to stage it? It's not hard to find guys who wished that they never got married or had kids.
Seriously, what's to love about 216 monthly payments! That's not counting vaginamony!

long-term=';partner'; type relationships which therefore excludes one-night-stands that would skew the statistics. How long do most long-term straight relationships last on average? How is this different for gay men/lesbians?

Are the McCain/Hagee and Obama/Wright relationships the same or different?
Are we comparing apples with apples here? Are the McCain/Hagee and Obama/Wright relationships the same or different?
Hagee position:
';...Based on my interpetation of the bible,.. God did this or will do this judgment because of these reasons...
vs.
Rev Wright position:
';...Based on my observations and beliefs about America this is my plea to you Oh God ...Please Damn this wicked Nation!”
That’s apples and oranges.
Read it for yourself...its a curse on America by Wright. Are the McCain/Hagee and Obama/Wright relationships the same or different?
In a way they are the same... they both were blinded to what was obvious to most Americans, they both showed qualities of not being able to see the forest through the trees... They both finally came to their senses.... It took Wright parading on national TV expressing his ability to dredge up race and thus, his inability to express Christ's love, it took Hagee making comments that seem pro-Hitler...
To say that they are not the same is to have a 5 minute youtube video define a 20 year engagement.
No the relationships between the men were not the same.
But it is a fact that all of the pastors, Wright, Hagee and Parsely have the potential to affect the the candidate's opinions, either directly or via party ideology.
Hagee's overtly pro-Isreal relationship [apocolyptic obsession], Parsely's stated objective of destroying Islam and not just defending America against extremist. tsk, tsk, tsk
Wright seems completely sane and is harmless compared to the implications posed by these two, endless war and Israel over America, hmm.
These things are a problem I think.
EDIT:
BTW - Wright was NOT asking God to damn America, he too was simply stating what his interpretation of the bible is -- that God will damn America or any other nation for sin. The other two preach the same thing.
My gran had a saying for this...';He who dines with the Devil needs a long, long spoon.'; Thus, McCain's spoon at the Hagee feast was considerably longer than Obama's basically having his chin in Wright's soup-dish. Obama sat in the pews, and frankly m'dear, I can't imagine McCain going to a snake-handler's unchurch like Hagee's. McCain's an Episcopalian and thus wouldn't view Hagee's gig as authentic anyway. p.s., last evening's news cycle revealed that McCain 'denounced' Hagee, and Hagee disfellowshipped McCain [or removed his endorsement, one]. It's all damn silly for words anyway...just posing for pictures at 11.
Hell no! I taught Obama everything he knows. I was his spiritual mentor for 20 years. Give a brotha some credit here!
Hagee was not McCains uncle, mentor pastor, god father for over 20yrs. Does that answer the question.
No way. Simple as that.

What qualities help you to have good relationships with others?
Honesty helps me and sincere kindness and the desire to help. I also have a fantastic sense of humor if I might say so myself LOLWhat qualities help you to have good relationships with others?
My respect for others, no matter what the race and their beliefs. What qualities help you to have good relationships with others?
Respectiing the opinions of others even when I do not disagree.
I'm a good listener, and I can make people laugh.
I empathize with people, and don't mind apologizing if I was wrong.
Liking other ppl is a great place to start, and actually caring about what happens to them on a daily basis and from that truly awesome communication.
I'm nonjudgmental and I make myself available with being pushy about it.
A lot of it is non-verbal clues. Sometimes it's just, for lack of a better term, a mental link. When I'm particularly close to someone I can read what they're thinking as clearly as if they'd telegraphed it to me.
I can tell you when one friend is about to say something tactless, (and usually in time to stop him from saying it.) I can tell you when someone I love is trying to figure out how to ask if I'd mind a PDA. (Wow, you'd be surprised at how quickly tourists vanish in a National Park! They practically dragged the kids!)
I guess I'm just odd. Or maybe I'm better at paying attention to my friends and loved ones than others. Maybe I'm not, who knows. Whatever it is, it works for me.

Do women actually like to start relationships with men out of spite?
They do if they are not very mature and think that that is the best way to achieve what they want, which is to make someone else jealous or to really get back at them by breaking up with them later.
I like to think that most women with a moderate amount of experience have figured out that this is childish but that is just my opinion...Do women actually like to start relationships with men out of spite?
huh? Why would anyone start a relationship out of spite? Never heard of that.Do women actually like to start relationships with men out of spite?
I think more men do that to women than women doing that to men! Basically some do and Some don't.. Don't paint every women with the same brush and same as for men don't paint them all with the same brush!
No ...at least speaking for myself that is. Opens the door for more un needed drama I do not want!
No, but if you fail to show interest or act as if it doesn't really matter or not maybe she will stop paying attention. Not because sh is spiteful but just because she want's a better relationship then you are willing to offer her.
Some women do and so do some men. Both sexes have hateful people in them that will do that sort of thing and it makes it hard for the rest of us to trust in a relationship because of it. I plead with both sexes not to lose faith because of a few bad ones because that turns the rest of us bad just like them!
To spite what? The nose on my face?
not me. i start only if i can get advantage of that relationship.
Maybe...but they usually fall for the guy in the end..I did...but I also fell out of interest in him as well.
Some do. Some women are very competitive, and enjoy the attention, and love it when they've made another jealous.

No they are not ugly... they are not into bars or clubs. Ask how many people are married to someone they met online... the numbers are increasing everyday. And are your good looking friends with men who are a 10 in every way? Are they making a over 6 figure income? I never looked at a 10 by looks or money, just the perfect man for me. And yes I am one of the online dating site married ones... love has never been so good.

Will the stress of recent events, and possibility of unemployment, affect Kyle Sandiland's relationships?
Particularly on a personal level. This must be a shock for his apparent new bride! Will the stress of recent events, and possibility of unemployment, affect Kyle Sandiland's relationships?
I laughed at ';relationships'; Plural!
Well hopefully he has some money set aside for his rainy day.
Maybe Tamara will put out new song?
Maybe Kyle will sign up a new talent (not from Idol obviously) %26amp; make a few dollars?
Maybe he will end up on the dole? Now that's funny! Kyle in a dole queue! Will the stress of recent events, and possibility of unemployment, affect Kyle Sandiland's relationships?
Be interesting to see who hangs around, if the money runs out!
then you have to ask him personally.carmex lip balm

I have a question about interracial relationships?
I am curious to know why ';some'; not all but some black females have a problem with white girls who date black males?
Just curiousI have a question about interracial relationships?
opinions are like butt holes...every-body's got one...I have a question about interracial relationships?
I think that some women believe that it's ';stealing their men'; when maybe there aren't that many good ones to be chosen from. Also, some black guys think that dating a white woman is some sort of status thing. That's bound to make women a little mad. But hey, there are plenty of other men out there.

What does literature teach us about relationships and ourselves?
For an essay... need help.

Only everything worth knowing if you take the time to search for it.
Read the poems of Omar Khayy谩m and then read William Faulkner. The differences between the two will be very enlightening.

Do u agree?Do u think ppl in online relationships are all ugly?
I believe that online you can be anybody you want to be..That brings up the the problem that you might be talking to a 80 year old woman/man.
Or a really smart cat.
Not everyone online is ugly however I do think that there is a stigma attached with online dating.
After my sister left he hubby he started dating online and had great luck.
He is attractive.
Thats all i have nothing more good luck.Do u think ppl in online relationships are all ugly?
i agrea to a point about it being kinda pathetic but most young ppl that work and have long term goals doont socialize so dont find bf gf

What are your views on interracial relationships?
and when i say interracial i don't justg mean black/white...i mean between two people of any race/ethnicityWhat are your views on interracial relationships?
I wish them much happiness and loveWhat are your views on interracial relationships?
I'm in one now and I've been in several. I agree with what other people have said. A relationship is a relationship and I wonder sometimes why we as a culture have yet to get to the point where we barely notice when a couple is interracial. Skin tone and ethnicity are as superficial as hair color and eye color. If two people are in love and have a lot of things in common what does it matter?
I think that they are fine. I would only suggest that when people of different faiths marry, and assuming both take their respective religious beliefs seriously, then this can result in real sadness and conflict when it comes to raising kids.
They are just people interested in each other and see past the appearances and culture. I view them like any other couple, really. I also think it is none of my (or anyone else's for that matter) business on who dates who.
No biggy!
I am mixed and my mr is of all one race. We have problems spelling his mothers maiden name even!
Usually when people see white people they do not even question race/ethnicity.
the same as i would view any other relationship. it is great when two people can form a special bond. i dont see what race has to do with it honestly.
well they often dont work out due to cultural differences and personally im not attracted to other ethinciitys. but no theres defiantly no problem with them
I think it's fine. I'm white and my boyfriend is black. You can't help who you're attracted to.
It's the same as any other relationship.
It doesnt matter whats on the outside.
As long as they are happy.
It can cause cultural clashes however.
I think they're GREAT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,more diversity the merrier!!! :---) :---}
PERFECTLY OK WITH IT.
if they love each other more power to them, good for them.
it's not for me.

Are men with several short term relationships are players?
have you seen anyone like this settling down and living happily in a long term relationship? Are men with several short term relationships are players?
Yes, I have seen it. Although sometimes it takes them a while to realize how empty life is when so unstable. But eventually if they have any brains they realize how great it is to be settled with that one special person who will love them forever and a day, through good and bad times. Are men with several short term relationships are players?
I've seen it. My boyfriend used to have a lot of girlfriends, no sex but other stuff in highschool and we were always good friends. Then the year before last we started getting closer and now we're head over heels.. I had to leave our hometown to study and he followed me miles from home and we live together and it's brilliant =D
also, players are the ones with no relationships who have lots of girls on a string at once. =\ x.
most likely yes, If you really like someone you would do as much as you can to make it work, not split after ';getting some';.

How many gay guys have poor relationships with their farthers?
I thought I was gay, but realized it was really me looking for acceptance from male figures, because I never had it from my father who abandoned me when I was young. Have others had similar experiences? How many gay guys have poor relationships with their farthers?
Not me! When I knew I was gay, I hunted and fished with my dad. We worked together on an old 1984 Buick Grand National together...How many gay guys have poor relationships with their farthers?
most people have a poor relationship with there fathers
its all about your mother yaaaaaay :]
i dont really agree with my father hes very religious but then i do pray and talk 2 god
also at the same time i am not goin 2 talk bad about him
Well I am bi, so i am like half gay, and I don't have a good relationship with my dad.
Not me. I have a good relationship with my father.
Yet I'm still attracted to guys, go figure.
I have a good relationship with both parents, sorry.
I have a very poor relationship with my father. I always have. I am gay, always have been, always will be. My father has absolutely nothing to do with my sexuality, and no one else does either. I am gay because I was made that way. I just don't have a very good relationship with my father. We have very little in common, and I stand up for things that he discriminates against. We are just opposites.
Is that you, Dr. Nicolosi?
I've bad a horrible relationship with my father and I'm ready to give up on it totally....but i dont know if thats why i like boys so much??
I'd like to hear more about this. What do you think you are now? Were you feelings towards other males sexual or were you just lonely? Where are you in life now? etc. etc. I starred ur question.
Well, i'm a lesbian and my father is incapable of having a relationship.
I found my (agnostic) father far more accepting than my (Catholic) mother.
I think it's a myth that fathers are less accepting. It largely depends on the person's values and upbringing.
My father and I are best of Friends. I would like to think we have the greatest relationship. My father just wants me to be happy with life. I have friends where their father or both parents disowned them for being gay. I feel truely blessed.
hmm I heard that happens some times. I don't have a strong bond with my dad like maybe other guys do because i'm not into a lot of things he is, but that doesn't have anything to do with me being gay.

Why is it that anytime interracial relationships are mentioned, it always consist of Black-White?
Usually in the media, when they talk about interracial relationships, most of the time it consist of a white person and a black person. And maybe once in a while, you'll hear or read about ';Black/Other'; or ';White/Other';.
Does anyone know why that is?Why is it that anytime interracial relationships are mentioned, it always consist of Black-White?
Possibly because oft times the difference is most visible. Why is it that anytime interracial relationships are mentioned, it always consist of Black-White?
I don't think the media uses only black/Caucasian to describe interracial relationships. I think any relationship that the national heritage is different between the two would deem interracial. My dh is Black/Indian and I am Hispanic/Caucasian, we have an interracial marriage and multiracial children...Isn't life grand!
In my experience the Black/White relationships are the ones least tolerated by others. A White or Black person with a Hispanic or Asian is more accepted in our society. So even though Black/White unions are less common than other interracial unions, I think that because they are more controversial they are usually the ones mentioned.
Depends what you read. Maybe you should broaden your horizons. My mum was a church of England protestant and later became an elder in the church of Scotland; my dad was brought up as a catholic. In Scotland and Northern Ireland that is considered as a 'mixed' marriage.
Newspapers that aim at the general population such as 'The Sun' tend to oversimplify things to the extreme - they also tend to pander to the white, working class - they don't want to confuse the punters with ideas that Chinese people marry Indians!

Why do Black women in interracial relationships always try to justify why they are with white men?
I'm black and I don't (and will not) try to justify my strong attraction to white men (and not just any white man, they have to have a certain look about them). I've been attracted to guys of other races besides caucasian, including my own, but those have been few and far in between. Why do Black women in interracial relationships always try to justify why they are with white men?
Not all black women in interracial relationships do this. However, there is often a double-standard for blacks in interracial relationships (it's accepted for black men to date outside the race but black women are expected to be ';loyal'; to black men). Some black women may feel that they have to prove to people that they haven't ';sold out'; or they're just as black regardless of who they're dating.
I am a black woman who is currently in a relationship with a white man, but to be honest, I don't feel the need to justify it to anyone because being with my boyfriend is my own personal choice. But I can see why some black women do think that they have to justify their preferences or choices.
And, btw, black men do the same thing. Why do Black women in interracial relationships always try to justify why they are with white men?
I do not think they should have to justify it if Black men do not have to justify relationships with White women. IR relationships do bring a new paradigm. Not everyone is cut out for them and not everyone will agree with them. At the same time you should not have to justify your choice as long as it is YOUR CHOICE.
There are socially aware White men that respect Black culture and do all they can to learn more about where his lady is coming from. Many of whom are even quite aware of Black history and would easily be able to teach a mixed child why he or she should be proud of who they are.
But I have to ask the question why do so many women and men in IR relationships thinks the only combo out their is White plus some minority? That is a kind of whitewashed thinking. I can believe one or two just prefer White over another color. But when so many do it I think there can be no other explanation besides trying to conform to societal norms that say for a minority to date IR their mate must be White.
These statements are equal in their impact. As a White man I think only the White race is beautiful. As a Black, Asian, or etc woman I think only White men look good. See where I am going, date IR but do not close out others buying into the Aryan ideas that should have died in 1960's. Be the woman of color that found the man she loved who just happened to be White instead of the one that said he must be White.
Short of that I have no problems with any woman falling in love and marrying a White man or any other race of man.

Teenagers do you like being in relationships?
I'm just curious and want to see what everyone thinks and why you think that =]
I do and I dont. I like being in one because I always have someone who I can go to and they always make me feel better about myself. But it also has alot of drama sometimes.
I would take being single over being in a relationship with someone who I kinda like but would take being in a relationship with someone I love over anything. I'm 14 also =]Teenagers do you like being in relationships?
I like having boyfriends. It's just fun to have someone to call yours, ya know? I thought I was better off being single because I usually get my heart shattered into a million pieces, but the boyfriend I have right now is the first nice guy I've ever had. I'm pretty happy.Teenagers do you like being in relationships?
wow im 14 too..movie love always seems to perfect it actually makes me jealous sometimes though..i would like to be in a relationship because it gives me something to look forward too and whenever i like someone i want to be with them..but remember were still kids and boys break girls hearts alot =[
i've never been in a relationship yet. =(
im almost 20...so im still a teen but when im not in a relationship i do stupid things like party hard, etc
i have been in a relationship since i was 15 tho one for 10 months and one for almost 4 years but any time we broke up i was stupid
so i like being in a relationship it keeps my head on straight and make me realize there is a reason to take care of myself and act normal
at this point idk what i would do w/ out my bf not just because we are in love but for the simple fact that hes my best friend
I do, but I've never been in one - So it's more I 'would' than I 'do.'
I'm just waiting for the right one
I am 18 years of age and i love being in a relationship, it is my fave part of life! i love it!
I like being in a relationship for the same reason you do. =)
I'm 14 and I've been with my boyfriend for almost 6 months [6 months on the 13th :)]
..I would definately say I like being in a relationship x]
I'd like it....but from looking around- too much drama.
I'm 15.
Not really.
I like being single.

Do you think long distance relationships work out?
i am currently in a LDR and although it is hard not having the person with you i believe we can make it work out because we love each other. what are your perspectives on this?Do you think long distance relationships work out?
You can definitely make it work (: I've been in one for almost 2 years now and although everyday seems harder, we love each other so we make it through. Not getting to touch him is one of the worst pains I've ever felt. If you love each other that's not will make it work...I mean that's a big part. The biggest part in a LDR is communication....tell each other everything, don't give the other person a reason to doubt you on anything. That's what makes them work...that and the fact that if you're meant to be together nothing will stop it %26lt;3Do you think long distance relationships work out?
I've was in a LDR as well once upon a time. What it did was create a trusting faithfulness between me and my boyfriend. There is also the painful longing that you will feel, but when you do see each other...Man is it awesome and it makes all the distance all that much more minimal. Distance becomes a minor detail when it comes to all the things you love and appreciate about your significant other. If fact it makes you love and appreciate your time together all the more. Only you can decide if it's worth the time and work.
I think they can work out. I had one (3 hours away) and the guy said he just got tired of having to drive all the time (I was unable to leave as I was caring for my Mom), and not being able to go out much, as well as some unrelated stuff. We broke up for about 9 months, then circumstance changed and we got back together - we have now been living together for almost 2 years. I think he just couldn't see any end to being apart. But it all worked out in the long run. I think if you know its only for a while, it can work.
well, starters, do either of you go out? And if you do, do you trust him going out with his friends? and does he trust you with your friends! Sometimes long distance relationships don't work, even though you want it to work, so the only thing i can say is you both need to ask yourselfs can this work, and to you both need to have trust! :)
Distance tore my parents' relationship apart. They both cahnged as people and it just didn't fit anymore. But i hope you can make it work for you, just don't stay apart too long :)
my experience was when i was dating a high school senior, she went to collage and a few moths later told me she fell in love with someone else. they may work, but only if the other loves you as much as you love them.
well i was in the same situation and it worked out for the two of us and if u love him and he loves u then it should work out for the two of u
well as long as your have trust in each other, i am sure you two will be finecarmex lip balm

Why do people BOTHER with relationships?
Why do they do it?
You meet, there's infatuation, there's 4 weeks, there ';perfectly happy'; in grades, etc. someone wants to continue, one got distracted by another of the opposite sex, one ends in tears, the other moves on, and usually ends in bad grades, memories, etc.Forever emotionally scarred. Why do people BOTHER with relationships?
Good point. Why do people BOTHER with relationships?
Grades. Do you grade your partners ?
Anyway yes youre quite right its a completely hideous fools game. But you can have years on end of fun and variety by just doing the 4 weeks bit everywhere you have the opportunity. The more you travel this odd planet the more chances appear and prevail. Life is what happens to you while youre busy making other plans. And who wants to have memories of something that is pear shaped.
I only have two kinds of memories of my escapades.
Funny and X rated.
Sometimes I wonder the same thing, but in the end it is worth the tears and pain just to have the good memories. Also if you don't bother with relationships you might end a bitter lonely person, and you'll never recognize the right one if you don't date a few wrong ones.
in hope of a change in that routine. I'm lucky enough for this chain to never have been a real chain. there is always hope for someone who is perfect, and i believe that everyone has that one person. people bother because it's fun and later they hope to make it permenant, to have at least one person in their life that they know will always love them unconditionally.
Maybe you've had some bad experiences, but all my memories, i cherish. What doesn't kill us only makes us stronger.. you learn from past relationships and in the end, find someone to be with forever. It took me until I was 27 years old to find the man I want to spend the rest of my life with.
i don't know why my plan for me since i been single is to buy a piece of land away from people some like in the woods get me myslef couple of guns just for fun and protection and live resat of my life been single since i can't find no women
because people would rather have had those fun times together for at least a little while than never at all.
like that thing ';better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all';
Those 4 weeks of being perfectly happy is worth the tears, etc etc.
they could be jealous or just want to aggravate you
cos thats what attraction does to you

Short of that I have no problems with any woman falling in love and marrying a White man or any other race of man.

well as long as your have trust in each other, i am sure you two will be fine
It took me until I was 27 years old to find the man I want to spend the rest of my life with.
i don't know why my plan for me since i been single is to buy a piece of land away from people some like in the woods get me myslef couple of guns just for fun and protection and live resat of my life been single since i can't find no women
because people would rather have had those fun times together for at least a little while than never at all.
like that thing ';better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all';
Those 4 weeks of being perfectly happy is worth the tears, etc etc.
they could be jealous or just want to aggravate you
cos thats what attraction does to youcarmex lip balm

Quick question: when will real relationships start?
When do people start having proper relationships?
I'm 14 and at our age most girls and boys say they're going out, then their friends make them hook up of they are pressured to do stuff.
When will we start having proper relationships?Quick question: when will real relationships start?
You will have a real relationship when you and the other person are ready to do so, and not before. Nobody can give an age when this will happen. I have friends who have been married 10 years and they met at 14. On the other hand, my godmother never had a serious relationship, and then fell madly in love when she was 45 and has been happily married ever since. Don't let anyone pressure you into anything you don't want to do, or feel comfortable with - rise above the peer pressure and enjoy being a teenager - it is the one time in your life you can wear outrageous clothes, and really have fun without having responsibilities like bills etc.. have funQuick question: when will real relationships start?
i had a 3yr relationship that recently ended but it began in yr 11 (15/16 yrs old) this happens with a lot of people but you end up growing out of each other it was really good experience though
