What are the Icelandic beliefs/oppinions on love, relationships, sex...?

I'm from America with a friend from Iceland...





He told me that Icelandic teens are allowed to have sex as young as 14/15...





I want to learn more about Icelandic oppinions on love, marraige, kids, etcetc.

Age of consent is 14 in Iceland. It's pretty much given that teens are going to have sex with each other so people are pretty open about it. Teens tend to have open sexual relationships, even staying at each others house with the parents' consent. Marriage isn't as common in Iceland as most other countries, but there are a lot of strong monogamous relationships. People just tend to stay together, have kids, live together, but never marry or wait 10-20 years to get married.
