No way, not harder at all. All relationships require work. In interracial relationships we tend to work together when people give us a hard time. We go into the relationship knowing there will be some big differences, so we're less surprised when we find little differences.
The only way for any relationship to work is if you go into it with a positive perspective and open heart. Skin color is so completely irrelevant in a relationship; it's all about loving the person inside.
