I agree with the person whos already answered. yeah,it don't really have nothing to do with him being a cancer. although,cancers are going to be as honest as they can about relationships.they themselfs expect more on the honest side when they have anything to do with love relationships etc. when it comes down to it cancers really dont believe in hurting ppl. It means his lady now looks older than a teenager, which he sees as he needs younger looking Lady so he don't look old.
